President, Wandersee Consulting, Inc.: Clients include non-profit human service agencies, an energy-related start up company, and women who are looking for support in making meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives. I have received training from the Gifford Foundation for the ADVANS Lifecycles of a Non-Profit process. I am currently enrolled in Infinite Light Yoga Teacher Training to enhance my coaching practice.
Vice President, Strategic Communications, LLC: Provided consulting services to organizations experiencing change and transition, integrating strategic planning, crisis communications, and public relations.
Director of Strategic Initiatives, Hospice of Central New York: Oversaw the development and execution of the agency’s strategic plan, collaborating with clinical staff, board leadership, The Hospice Foundation, and community partners.
Assistant Dean/Director of Community Education, Herkimer County Community College: Directed non-credit programs serving 6,000 students. Provided outreach to local businesses; collaborated with government officials and community leaders to advance economic development. Coordinated grant applications, implementation and reporting.
Assistant to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty, Hamilton College: Administered $1 million divisional budget. Managed $12 million of endowed and grant funds. Maintained lines of communication among a diverse group of academic support providers and department chairs.
Assistant Director of Institutional Research, Hamilton College: Collected and analyzed data for college planning activities, standard internal reports, special studies and ad hoc requests for the Offices of President, Dean of Faculty, Dean of Admission, and Vice President of Administration and Finance.
